What is Rap Video?
Rap Video is a browser-based AI rap video generator at rapvideo.app, operated by Deerlight Labs. Its main workflow takes a topic and one or two photos, prepares six clean English lines for review, then generates a short performance with vocals and an original beat.

Videos are 15 seconds long; custom durations are not available.
Current examples include pet rap battles, birthday roasts and two-photo studio duos. Example clips illustrate the format; a new generation can differ in voice, likeness and movement.
Which parts are free?
Writing and reviewing the lyrics is free. Generating a video requires a paid video credit. These are the regular one-time USD pack prices:
- 1 HD video: $7.99
- 3 HD videos: $19.99
- 5 HD videos: $29.99
There is no subscription. A duo is one shared video and uses one video credit. See pricing for the purchase options shown to you. Confirmed generation failures return the video credit; this does not automatically mean a cash refund. Cash-refund terms are on the terms and refunds page.
What is not supported?
- Uploading a song, vocal recording or reference video.
- Full-length music videos or precise shot-by-shot editing.
- Voice cloning or imitation of a named artist.
- Guaranteed verbatim delivery, exact facial likeness or perfect lip-sync.
- Children's or celebrities' photos, non-consensual impersonation, existing song lyrics or prohibited content.
The output is AI-generated entertainment, not footage of a real performance. Review the complete result before sharing. Read the content rules for the full upload and generation restrictions.
Retention, operator and support
Automatic photo deletion runs daily for uploads older than 7 days. Generated videos are kept for 30 days in My videos, with automatic cleanup running daily after that. Download anything you want to keep. The privacy policy explains processing, analytics and account data; it also states that uploaded photos are not used to train AI models.
